However, I agree with other comments regarding the carrier, we had a message from the carrier saying our order had been returned to supplier. The following day we were just about to contact Flooring Direct when our order arrived. Change the carrier.

Rubbish customer service

Placed an order and heard nothing from them, I then chased my delivery because nothing arrived to be told what I actually ordered was out of stock! Waste of time!
