No booking confirmation
Yet to receive my booking confirmation via email so I'm not even sure if it has been booked and it's now been a week.

Mr Miah, the booking confirmation was sent on email on 12th and we trust you have checked in case this has been filtered to your junk or spam and perhaps deleted. However, if you contact our customer service team in the normal manner, they can put your mind at rest and resend it after establishing the email is correct. This course of action would have been the best option to resolve the matter and we trust that once you are happy with the paperwork, you may reconsider the review rating.
