Hello, we are sorry to hear your comments about the booking made through ourselves. However please remove your libellous remark about this being a scam since it is not. You booked online and our website clearly shows that you paid for the hotel room but that there was an errata that stated 'Please note - most hotels in Las Vegas charge a mandatory resort fee to be paid directly to the hotel' This fee is common in most destinations especially USA and widely advertised on other platforms if researched since it cannot be pre paid to the tour operator. It is covered in our terms and conditions also and you ticked to accept these. We are sorry if you overlooked this. From the time of booking to the date you requested cancelation, this exceeded the free cancelation period. Our customer service replies in between were done within reasonable timeframe having regard to you emailing when the department was closed. Had there been more urgency as you will have also been aware of the free cancelation policy period, perhaps an initial call would have achieved better outcome. Our team otherwise handled the enquiry in accordance with the process we have and as shown on the auto reply we have in place on our email account.

Thankfully you can't walked into a shop that advertises a mobile phone contract for £5 a month ('labelled as total price') with the new iPhone and unlimited minutes, where the supplier has failed to advertise an additional £1000 a month which it has slipped into it's T&C's. This would be considered a scam. Under the consumer protection act, consider misleading. On top of this the customer queried this the day of purchased, but the supplier ignored their e-mails until the cancellation period was over. Thankfully most business don't feel the way you do and conduct themselves in an honest manner. I'm sorry you feel ignoring my e-mails is responding in a timely manner. Unsurprisingly since I was out of my 7 day cancellation period, I do now get quick responses. Have your staff been trained not to respond in the cancellation period? I have booked 7 hotels for my trip with other agencies without this problem. I have issued you a letter of action before logging a clam in the small claims court in 14 days. I assume you have received this?

Worth the wait on our hotel booking
Took a while for the confirmation of our booking to arrive. However, it arrived and the price paid for the hotel in Las Vegas was cheaper than any of the other hotel booking platforms.
