Pity that it took so long to deliver the sofa and recliners to us. Good choice of furniture in the show room but it took a long time for our choice to be mde and deivered

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the restocking charge you paid when you returned an item previously. It is, however, company policy to charge a restocking charge when an item that was specially ordered for a customer is returned but is not faulty. This should have been explained to you in store and we can only apologise if this was not the case.

I ordered over the phone and paid a deposit and was told that they were happy to reserve the item for me until I was ready for delivery. 2 weeks later I called to ask for delivery and it was arranged...
