Was told would get product in 2 weeks. Took 2 mnths of chasing up. Bad customer service. Promise to get back to you and never do. Returned item after receiving as did not like. Now chasing a refund.

I bought a rug from them and it's quality was very poor , I tried to return it after one day but they didn't Accept it and they never take responsibility about their products.

We have looked into this. We are, unfortunately unable to accept returns of items that are damaged after purchase. The rug was in perfect, brand new condition when you purchased but had damage when you attempted to return it. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Of course when the product has poor quality, it will damage easily but the most important is that the shop where selling those products must take responsibility which the cousins never take .
I never purchase anything from you anymore and never recommend you to anybody.
In the end you will be loser because of losing customers.
