Ordered us the wrong bed frame, still waiting for free pillows nearly 3 months later!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have experienced issues with your order and can only apologise that there was an error when ordering your bed.
Your comments regarding the pillows have been passed to the store you ordered from and they have informed us that the free pillows are due to be delivered to us next week and will be with you shortly afterwards.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received and that there was a delay to your order and that one of your mugs was broken in transit and had to be replaced.
