We are sorry that you experienced a delay to your order. Unfortunately, due to the festive period we were unable to obtain your sofas from the manufacturer as quickly as normal and for this we can only apologise.
Having checked your order we do believe that the store gave you some loan furniture by way of apology while we were waiting for your order to arrive into stock and we hope that this reduced the inconvenience for you.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and we hope that this experience will not prevent you from shopping with us in the future.
