Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, I am so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with your bookings, that should never have happened! We were having issues with our payment provider during your stay which resulted in you having to pay upon arrival, however that is absolutely not how we normally do business and I have sent you a personal email so we can figure out the best resolution for you. We work with a special team at the hotels to ensure your rooms are connecting and we did confirm with them the morning that you checked in so you should have been in connecting rooms. In the future if you ever have issues onsite, especially with connecting rooms please reach out to our Concierge team via email, text or phone so we can work with the onsite hotel staff to resolve it for you immediately. I am so sorry that your experience was less than stellar and truly hope that we can come to a resolution together and you'll allow us to make it up to you on a future trip.

Thank you for providing your feedback! Bookings can only be made under one name, however we are happy to contact the hotel to add additional guest names for you once booked! I've sent you a personal email to see how I can best help there.
At this time, we are unable to split payment on multiple cards due to the way the hotel's system works with payment as they require the one form for security purposes. We do offer Affirm for splitting up those payments or advise direct transfers between group members who would like to split costs. We hope to see that policy revised by hotels in the future, so we appreciate your input!
