Great prices, easy website to navigate
This is my second time booking with suiteness and it’s literally so easy navigate the website. There are lots of pictures, the reservations are each to make and the prices are great!

I sent an email and Kate replied back in a timely manner, answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable placing my booking knowing that my reservation is what I’m expecting!

It was so easy to book my room and see the price...I just put in when and where and booked my room! I definitely recommend using Suiteness for all tour trips!

I have $100 credit and booked a room that the website took me to, but it didn't use the credit! I emailed and was told that not all of them accept the credit! I clicked "USE MY CREDIT"..... I paid...

Sorry for the troubles you experienced! Credits are only applicable for hotels that accept them, so we must abide my their policies if they do not allow us to apply credits. Since we do not have a way to filter out hotels based on credit amounts due to the fact that we must populate all available options, we do show if your credits apply on the suite pages so you know prior to proceeding with checkout.
