The price, purchasing experience and hotel was great. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because we were promised connecting rooms by suiteness and we did not get them.

Connecting rooms are a newer technology for hotels as we work with an internal team on-site. Since your stay has already occurred, I would love to personally make sure any future stays go exactly as they plan by offering you a discount towards your next stay. The process was so easy . Sign up , they send suggestions for the trip dates you submit and if your interested you send a request. We just booked an amazing suite for my 50th birthday. Can't wait!!

Very patient and friendly to deal with.
