You do not want my feed back i will not stay at that hotel or use this site again. I did not get the suite i reserved and i called for them to make me dinner reservations and that didn’t happen...

I am so sorry about this experience as I would never want any of our guests to go through this. Trips should be stress-free and we always want to make sure we're doing as much as we can - so you don't have too.
Immediately after notice, we connected with our hotel contact to see what was going on. I've gone ahead and sent you an email addressing this with details.
As a growing start up, our guests are our number one priority as you are the reasons we are able to do what we do and grow. There is nothing that could replace a memorable trip however I'd appreciate if you'd be able to give us a chance to make it up to you and book with us again in the future.

I'm sorry to hear that your requests were not granted by the hotel team, that is very disappointing. In the future, the best way to ensure requests like these are granted is to reach out to your personal Suiteness Concierge as we work closely with the hotel staff to ensure Suiteness member requests are noted and marked as high priority.
We wish we could be onsite during our members' trips to ensure things go according to plan however we're only an email, text or phone call away and will do everything we can to make sure your trip goes smoothly.
I hope that you'll consider using Suiteness again in the future so we can make it up to you!
