Birthdays and traveling are special to Suiteness and we would never want anyone to have a negative experience. The hotel had overbooked and we have since connected with them to see what we could do to improve your experience in additional to a separate token of our apologies.

I've taken a better look and the reservation was created offline in order to reserve your spot and we did send over confirmation details in the best way possible. We actually were not familiar with the vendor requested however have now looked into a partnership to make sure we can assist future guests as best as possible. In the meantime, please feel free to utilize us the best way possible and letting us know if a different approach would work better for you.

We truly appreciate that you brought this issue to our attention while you were on site as we have found that it is the best way to come to a resolution with the hotel. Based on our communication with the hotel staff you should have received additional compensation while onsite, so if this is not the case please do reach out and let us know.
