Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We were sorry to hear that the food on board fell short of your expectations. We appreciate that food is a deeply personal experience and what may be satisfactory for one guest, may not be for another. We monitor all guest feedback closely and make adjustments based on the consistent and wider comments from our guests. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the appropriate department at head office for review. We were also sorry to learn that the design and layout of the ship did not align with your expectations. We appreciate that the onboard environment plays an important role in the overall enjoyment of a holiday, and we regret that aspects of the ship's configuration detracted from your experience. Please be assured that, in consideration of the typical demographics of our guests, significant thought and planning were given to the ship’s design and layout. This was undertaken with the aim of providing a comfortable and practical environment, whilst also ensuring compliance with the stringent health and safety requirements necessary for the safe operation of our itineraries. We recognise, however, that individual preferences and expectations will vary, and we are sorry that the ship’s design was not better suited to your personal requirements.
