I'm sorry there was a delay in returning the small item of luggage you left behind at the terminal at the weekend. When dealing with left luggage we often have to use a courier, as we aren't able to plan where our vehicles and left luggage will need to be delivered in advance, and we want to ensure you are reunited with them as soon as physically possible.
Unfortunately the bag was delayed and didn't reach your local depot in enough time to make it out for delivery to your work address. As soon as we had been made aware by the courier, you were contacted at 10am and we upgraded the delivery to pre10am the following day.
