We're sorry you experienced a delay with the return of your luggage on this occasion. There was unfortunately a delay due to a backlog of deliveries after the Bank Holiday, which created a hold up. Fortunately this is a rare occurrence, but appreciate it can be frustrating should this situation arise.
We are now covering more areas of the UK with our own vehicles, to limit the number of cases we ask the courier company APC to assist us with, so any future delays can be minimised further.
