We have trialled in the past handing out receipts, but feedback from our customers were that they weren't necessary and were happy that the booking confirmation receipt was suitable confirmation. Our drivers also gain an electronic signature upon collection/delivery and we'd always be happy to email this to anyone who would like it for their records. Our drivers will always be happy to sign your booking confirmation letter if that would also give you peace of mind in the future.
In regards to collection/delivery, we will always strive to be with you within the time window provided. I can see from our system that collection was arranged between 3-7pm and our driver was onsite 30 mins from the end, and for delivery, he was 1hr before the end of your 4hr time window. Our drivers will call when on route to you and if the worst should happen whereby we anticipate falling outside the time window, we would always contact you to make you aware.
