initially very good however during heatwave phoned up to request m,ore water and was told that we would have to pay a surcharge of £15.00 for delivery outside our contract ......

I am happy with the machine but the after care service is appalling. I had to ring 4 times when my water did not arrive on the specified day. I either did not get an answer or was told someone would...
The time delays in getting the machine delivered, lack of response from the sales person, equipment from the machine missing on delivery, the need to constantly chase up on said equipment, trainer...
