Wrong water coolers installed and then we were charged extra to replace and install correct water cooler.
The first engineer who was meant to install them didn't because he couldn't connect them to...

Very early in our time with this new coffee machine / ingredients supplier, requests and queries take ages to be acted upon or replied to. Otherwise all seems okay so far.
