Hello and thank you for being a Gray Line customer.  We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your day going to the Grand Canyon.  There is no argument that a day trip to the Grand Canyon is not a very long day as it is about 570 miles (917 km) roundtrip from Las Vegas, yet most people find the beauty and majesty of the Grand Canyon is be worth the effort.  We do hope that we have the privilege of seeing you on another (shorter) tour sometime in the near future.

Thank you for being a Gray Line customer and taking the time to provide valuable feedback.  Please accept our apologies if the hotel pickup situation was not clearly presented to you.  All of our tours originate from our central Terminal, however we do offer complimentary hotel pickups.  Normally the pickups are for a number of different tours and when our valued guests arrive at our Terminal we have a tour briefing, collect any account balances and assign guests to the coach for their particular tour.  We are very sorry that you were not advised of the procedure.  We do hope you enjoyed the rest of the tour as the Hoover Dam is both an impressive engineering achievement as well as a beautiful structure.  Regards.
