While we appreciate your patronage we do disagree with your recent statements.  At Gray Line Las Vegas we take safety very seriously which is why we monitor road conditions constantly.  When your destination is a remote National Park conditions can and do change.  In the event we find it necessary to cancel a tour due to weather we give our valued clients three options. They can: (1) rebook for the next day;  (2) they can receive a full refund; (3) They can go on another tour.  Knowing the weather conditions were not great you choose to go on another, more expensive tour.  We DID NOT force you to do so.  Weather is something that is beyond a tour operators control and most people understand the issue.  We do hope that you have an opportunity in the future to revisit the Grand Canyon.
