Wait time is way too long!

Easy to book online but description was misleading. I wouldn't have booked if I knew I had to wait 45 minutes - 1 hr. per bus pick-up.

All of the coaches used by Gray Line are late model vehicles and are maintained to the highest industry standards, however the extreme weather of the American Southwest can take a toll on even the best maintained vehicles. If an issue does occur while transversing the vast remote distances of the American Southwest it can take a bit of time for assistance to arrive. We are sorry that this affected your day.
