Sorry to hear you found our fees too high, we would disagree however and advise they are very competitive within the ticketing industry. For your booking you paid £1 booking fee per ticket and no transaction fee. In addition we pride our selves on our Customer services, if you have reason to think otherwise, please feel free to email us at feefo@seetickets.com so we can look into this further. we certainly take umbrage at the necessary evil comment though which is wholly unacceptable.

Wow, don't ask for feedback if you're going to whine about what people say and deem it "wholly unacceptable". My opinion is echoed throughout heavy gig goers.
Things have got a little better than in 2009 when you were in the running for 'worst company in the UK' but the attitude to customers by the company still needs a massive overhaul.
