We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment firstly.
Please note however that all transactions are made on a non transferable basis in line with our terms and conditions and while if we are able to offer an exchange we will certainly consider this, in your instance as the show date was impending as well as the fact the performance you were booked to attend had sold out, this was regretfully simply not possible.
The tickets could have been used by someone else in your absence though; we could have confirmed this had you specified this via email if you were in any way uncertain of this.
Once again we are very sorry to hear we were unable to accommodate your request and for any subsequent disappointment caused.
