The booking fee is the sole profit we make from your booking; as a rule of thumb this tends to be approximately 10% of the face value cost of the ticket. Generally you are offered the best available seating at point of purchase so you are aware exactly where you will be sat in advance which is always handy. Thanks again for your feedback.

Ultimately it is the decision of the theatre themselves as to whether they will accept print-at-home tickets but we do issue them for theatre shows where possible.
