The transaction fee reflects the postal option and the restoration fee is advised prior to purchase; all fees are made visible beforehand. The booking fee is the sole profit we make from the booking whereas transaction fee covers postage etc. and applies if tickets are collect at box office. We do try to keep these fees at a mimimum and thank you for your feedback.
