All transactions are made on a non refundable basis in line with our terms and conditions and this we stipulate prior to purchase. That being said where possible and depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accommodate exchanges; we are sorry to hears this was not possible in your instance though.

Sorry to hear there was any delay on arrival at the box office, if you have the reference number and purchasing card or photo id then you are admitted by means of the collection list so very glad to hear you were and the box office staff dealt with you in an appropriate manner.
