Where possible we offer a booking system whereby you can opt for specific seats but when this is not possible, the system automatically offers you the best available seating.

The fee amount is not quite correct, the booking fee is £1.50 per ticket with the transition fee £2.75 per order. We are very sorry to hear you feel these may be excessive but we would advise these are very competitive within the market place.
