Hi,

We are very sorry to hear of any issue on arrival, please note however your tickets were available for collection at the box office ergo there was no physical tickets to be sent to the theatre and the tickets are printed out on your arrival. It is disappointing to hear this was not made clear to you at the theatre itself.

Very disappointed to read your feedback, we would have to disagree with your comments however, we offer discounted rates for the Get Into London Theatre promotion (throughout January and February) as well as during Kids Week in the Summer time.

In addition not offering reduced rate and or discounted rate tickets does not affect the service we have offered for your booking, which is what we were requesting you to share your overall experience with us.
