Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

"Beautiful" was a great show - well acted and with excellent music

Very easy to book the tickets and they were waiting there in the box office. Loved "Beautiful" and although the seats were up in the Grand Circle, they were absolutely fine with great sight-lines

Hi,

We can't ask for more than this, if any seats do carry a restriction we will state these at point of purchase so you don't get a nasty surprise at the theatre. Thanks very much for posting your review with us.
