We are very sorry to hear if a booking error was made with the attendance date firstly when you booked tickets online. Please note however you must reconfirm all details prior to finalising the booking then immediately afterwards you are sent a confirmation email which reconfirms the order details. If you are in any way unsure as to which date you have booked, your confirmation email clarifies this and you are welcome to contact us so we can also do this in advance of the date you have booked to attend.

I booked seats on day I was wanting to book seats for..When I realised there had been an error I tried phoning but could not get through to anyone. Luckily when I got to theatre I was able to resolve my issue
