We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Your confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase but ultimately it is your responsibility to check the show date you have booked to attend.

We are contactable to confirm any query you may have prior to the performance date by email, social media or email though so can reiterate this to you.

Please note for this performance, we sent out an email offering complimentary tickets for a future performance (email sent on 15th February). I have resent this email if this was not already received. Please be aware the show ends on 11th March so please bear this in mind. If you have any query regarding this, you can email us directly via feefo@seetickets.com.
