Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The delay was caused by a temporary shortage in staff and there was a small backlog of orders as a result. Since this time we have recruited additional staff to ensure that this issue can be avoided in the future. Once again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
