Thank you for giving your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you have not felt our service has been satisfactory. Unfortunately we were unaware that there was a problem with your order. Now that this has been highlighted, we will arrange for our Consultant to contact you with regards to finding a resolution for this. Sometimes our products may seem expensive when compared to new furniture. But that is mainly when you compare us to cheaply made sofas and chairs that are often imported from abroad.

Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to read that you were disappointed with the range of 50% fabrics available. May I respectfully advise that although we offer ‘50% off’ we cannot offer that discount on our entire range of fabrics and furniture styles. The 30% offer that your consultant offered you was the best discount available for the fabric, style of furniture and the make-up you chose. The £100 online discount you referred is only applicable when no other offers have been allocated to the order. This information is available to read at the bottom of the voucher. Please accept my apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

Thank you for your feedback. I was very concerned to hear of the problems you have encountered throughout the progress of your order. It is rare but sometimes necessary to make amends to the covers as they are a made-to-measure product and taking the covers back for amends ensures the best possible fit. I can see by your comments that the Consultant is going to visit you with regards to the issue with the fit of the covers. This will be treated as a matter of priority.
