Thank you for your comments. I was sorry to read that you are unhappy with the fit of your new loose covers. Unfortunately this is not something that we have been made aware of and as such have not been able to rectify the issue. I will put in a request for your Home Consultant to contact you to arrange an appointment to inspect the fit of your covers, from there your covers will be correctly adjusted for you. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and there doesn’t seem to be any information with regards to extra goods being ordered. I have put a request in for our Consultant to contact you as a matter of priority so the order of these extra covers can be arranged. I am very sorry for any confusion caused but I hope to get you a speedy resolution with the additional covers that you need. I would also like to respectfully advise that the loose covers that Plumbs provide are a made-to-measure product, which is made specifically for your furniture. Off the shelf loose covers will be cheaper on some occasions as they are ready made and not tailored to your furniture.

As our covers are tailor made to give a close fit to your furniture, it is sometimes necessary to make slight adjustments to get the best possible fit. However, the fact that your covers still do not fit after the initial adjustment is completely unacceptable. Your order will be treated as a matter of priority so your Consultant can return to fit the covers at the earliest opportunity. Please accept my sincere apologies for this further delay.
