After 5 attempts and 5 months, I still don't have a cover for the footstall that actually fits! Every time it has been completely wrong. There is no way I would ever recommend Plumbs.

We have put in a request for your Home Consultant to come back you to inspect your covers and I have asked that your order being treated with the upmost importance. Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay you have faced you’re your covers. With our loose covers being a made-to-measure product it is sometimes necessary to make adjustments to improve the fit. However, the delay and the lack of communication you have faced is unacceptable. I can confirm that the alteration of your covers is now complete and I will arrange for your Home Consultant to contact you with a view to returning to re-fit the covers.
