Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, we would like to apologise for being asked to review something you haven’t yet received. From looking into your order we can see that your Home Consultant has had some trouble getting in contact with you to arrange the fitting of your covers. We also wrote to you on the 22nd August to let you know that your covers were ready for fitting.
