Petplan Reviews

Friendly service

The online application process was easy to follow and I was able to get the cover I wanted for our dog.

Don't know why renewing policy is so much more expensive than getting a new one.

information needed some explanation on insurance papers

A polite and informative service, got what I think I needed

I have only just joined it was easy enough

wasnt really registered with the company at the time but will bein the future what a nice gesture to ask how daihsy was unlike the company she is insured with will certainly will be going back to pet...

Excellent and speedy service, plus they actually provide a phone number and answer quickly. The staff are really helpful, too.

The service I received, was friendly, easy to understand, and flowed through to the end of the conversation
