Thank you for the positive feedback and we are disappointed that we were unable to achieve a 5 star review. We would advise that the foreign passenger locator form can only be obtained by the passenger on the foreign government website on a link from the FCDO website. We do endeavour to give as much information as possible on our own website in at least 4 locations and provide website links. We do, however, apologise for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. As a third party supplier, we are unable to share your details due to GDPR and we apologise for any issues this may have caused with your own accounts but a matter over which we have no control. In the interim, we have requested a call back from our customer service team to assist.
