How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Its not just that the holiday wasnt available, the holiday was available on the Exodus website. If you are working with Exodus then you should be totally aligned re what is and isnt available....
