Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I booked a "guaranteed" trip and paid for it in full. I received a call that the booking was not finalized because the hotel needed to be contacted to confirm there was space... on this guaranteed...

I am sorry on this occasion we were not able to fulfill your trip to the Italian Dolomites, late bookings can be tricky with availability. We do say guaranteed (on request) which can be confusing and I apologise this was not explained at time of booking. A refund of your payment has been requested and will be with you very soon.
