We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your feedback, please let me reassure you the original feedback you provided via our in house customer service questionnaire and additional email have been received, logged and all points acted upon as per my response to you via email. In addition to our in house customer reviews, we are now working with Feefo. This provides our customers a second opportunity to review their holiday via an independent third party review site. As this is a new venture for us, we have asked our customers who travelled this year to complete this questionnaire independently from our feedback questionnaire. Skiing in Leutasch

Have been cross-country ski-ing with Headwater every year for more than 10 years now. Been to Leutasch several times. Hotel is comfortable, food is good. We've never had a bad holiday with them.
