We contacted you at the soonest availability, and I can only apologise that this was later in the day than expected. You should have received a call/email with regards to this, and so as this was not the case, I sincerely apologise. We are sorry that you were not aware of the delivery method of your chosen gift. Please be assured that it does state the details of Postal deliveries within our Terms and Conditions. For future reference, please be aware that Courier and Florist items can be delivered on specified dates, as opposed to Postal items having a 2 working day delivery.
It took several phone calls from myself to resolve an issue with them even after several emails and 2 calls to customer service.

I am sorry to learn of the issues with your order and lack of communication received. It seems that the florist left your order by the doorstep and it subsequently went missing. A full refund was processed and a complimentary bouquet was offered, and it is still available for when you would like it sent.
