Flowers Direct Reviews

I am very impressed with both the service and the quality of the flowers. Recipients have always told me that the arangements they've received are fantastic. Because of this I always trust FLowers Direct...even when I needed to send flowers to Germany.

There were two separate problems: 1. The original flowers were not packed well and arrived crushed. You were advised of this and promised further delivery, on the following day but one (note, not the next day) (This was for my wife's birthday as was clearly identifiable from the message) 2. A few days later and only when I called, did I find out the flowers had not been resent. Yes, an apology was made, an explanation for the original pkg problem given and an agreement to refund the original payment made. But my wife did not get flowers on, or even near her birthday, no amends were attempted to my wife ( I would have thought in the circumstances they would have sent a bunch of flowers with an apology). So, from using FD for all my flower requirements to relatives and friends, I now wonder what they have been receiving all the years I have sent them and sadly, no longer have confidence in the service.

Given that response & the fact that the flowers were sent to someone else and they told me after 7 days - I will no longer use your service - please delete my information from your database - very unsatisfactory service!!
