Flowers good - would have been helpful to know delivery time
I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched good time for delivery on requested dates. However, the item ordered is from our Postal range, and so with the thousands of orders we send out to them a week, we sometimes encounter late or failed deliveries. We do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on requested dates. Please accept our apologies for any upset caused.

In That case why did I pay extra for next day delivery?? that is a rip off
We apologise for the poor quality of your original gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched in perfect condition, however sometimes, during transit, items can be manhandled or left in extreme weather conditions, which can diminish the quality. We arranged for a free replacement and complimentary chocolates by means of apology for this, and are sorry that the hospital does not accept flowers for the recipient.
Fabulous service. Roxy managed to salvage my order, even though I had an incorrect destination address and still make same-day delivery. I should also mention that I'm 8 times zones and 6,000 miles...
