With regards to afternoon delivery, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times with our orders (except for funerals), and whilst we and our florists try our utmost to adhere to these requests, it is not always a viable option.

I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your order. It seems that we were unable to locate a florist able to deliver your order on the date requested, and so we contacted you to offer delivery at the earliest. This was then arranged with complimentary chocolates by means of apology for the delay. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

I am sorry to learn of the poor quality of your gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, with the thousands of postal orders we dispatch daily, items can be manhandled or left exposed to adverse conditions, and so we sometimes encounter damaged deliveries with the Royal Mail. I can confirm that you have been refunded in full, and we apologise for any disappointment caused.
