I am sorry to learn of the poor quality of your gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, with the thousands of postal orders we dispatch daily, items can be manhandled or left exposed to adverse conditions, and so we sometimes encounter damaged deliveries. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times with our orders (except for funerals), and whilst we and our florists try our utmost to adhere to these requests, it is not always a viable option. Our deliveries are generally between 8am and 6pm, sometimes up to 8pm in extreme circumstances. The item ordered is from our postal range, and as a lot of the Royal Mail/Courier drivers do not have a telephone, calling prior to delivery is not always possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
