We are sorry that we have had to cancel your holiday as a result of the Middle East War. We are saddened to read that you are upset and feel we have exploited the situation. We have offered each customer affected the opportunity to transfer to a later date with a £200 per person loyalty credit in acknowledgement of the upset the cancellation would no doubt have have caused. Alternatively customers could have chosen a full refund. We are not placing any pressure on guests to choose an alternative and can only apologise that we are not able to price match the holiday.
