Hi, Thank you for your feedback. All of our products are always shown with VAT included on the site without exception. The only extra cost shown later at the basket and checkout is the shipping value, as we give choices for this, and this is charged and added at the level chosen. Kind regards, Cloudberry Living.

Dear Sarah, we are sorry to hear about the issue you had with your product. These being European duvet / pillow sets, the sizes are slightly different to ones made in the UK. The set sizes are available to view on the product page in the details area when ordering, as is information on the larger UK pillowcase size available to order separately. We must also apologise if you felt our service was not up to our normal standard but I am sure she did not mean to come across dismissive but we will certainly take this feedback forward.
