Hi, as per our phone call to you today, it appears our feedback emails are being sent out too soon, so apologies for this. It is being looked in to and should be resolved soon. In regard to the delivery of your goods, these were sold out and on a restock lead time of 2-3 weeks, they are due in to the warehouse soon as they have now been despatched from Denmark. The lead time is shown on the product and basket pages but it appears some people are missing this information so we will look in to making it more visible. Many thanks.

I'd like to change my review. What appeared as a lack of customer service was in fact just an oversight by me. They replied quickly after but the message went to my spam folder. And I've just received a call from them as well.

Excellent communication by email. I failed to notice the 'out of stock' notice when ordering, but all problems were quickly and efficiently resolved. Items delivered very quickly.
Good service, I ordered online and within a few days my jar arrived packaged well. I'm pleased.
