Dear Sir, we agree and apologise for the inconvenience. The microwave was despatched on a next day service as promised. A 2nd microwave was despatched as soon as the report came through that the initial unit was unable to be tracked. This was to minimise any delay getting your order to you. This did unfortunately result in 2 units arriving. We did suggest this was a possibility but believe we took the best course of action (in the circumstances) from your perspective. We are sorry for the problem with the griddle and we note with concern your comments regarding our customer service. Following investigation, we feel our response isn't completely fairly described. We did initially thank you for your feedback but a complaint was logged. We offered to refund you in full. We acknowledged the issue as you described and offered a full refund while we further investigate the unit in question.
